At Amira Language School, we attach great importance to the protection of your personal data.

We collect only the data that is necessary:

•    Surname, first name

•    Contact details

•    Educational information

•    Administrative data relating to courses

 

Purpose

This data is used to:

•    manage your registration

•    organise courses

•    inform you of new courses

•    comply with legal obligations

 

Retention

In accordance with legal requirements, data relating to the school’s courses is retained for 10 years. If necessary, you may request a certificate for your course during this period.

 

Security

Your data is:

•    stored securely

•    accessible only to authorised persons

•    protected against loss or unauthorised access

 

Your rights

You may request that your data be corrected or deleted (within legal limits)

 

Cookies and online enrolment

When you register online for an Amira course, we store the personal data (which you enter yourself) in a cookie on your computer (browser). This is necessary technically to ensure the smooth processing of your booking and allows you to re-register at a later date without having to re-enter this information. You can delete this cookie yourself at any time.

 

Once your online registration is complete, you will receive a PDF file of your registration, both as an email attachment and as a downloadable PDF file. Online access to this document will be removed after 12 months.
